If you you want a creative way to celebrate being 50 and reconnect with your powerful, sexy, confident self, this project is for you. This is a special time in your life and you deserve to be in photos.

What To Expect

Consultation and Wardrobe Planning

We will discuss and plan your photoshoot. I will coach you on what to wear and what to bring to the session. How to curate your photoshoot to express your style and personality. You will have access to the on set wardrobe which includes a collection of gowns, and lingerie. There will be approximately 4 outfit changes for the photoshoot.

Professional Makeup Application

Professionally applied make up and light hair touch up. Natural or Glamorous or anything in between, the choice is yours! It's your day.

Fun Photo Session

Enjoy your fully guided and fun photo session! It's not your job to be photogenic, it's my job to guide you thru and together we will create the most beautiful images you have ever seen of yourself because you deserve to be in photos.

At the 550 Vandalia Street Studio in St. Paul, Minnesota

The Reveal- View Your Beautiful Portraits

Approximately 2 weeks after your photoshoot your photos will be ready to review. You will choose 6 digital images and a complimentary 5x7 matted portrait print. (additional digital images can be purchased.) My signature Storybook Albums printed on handcrafted paper in Italy, a portfolio box or wall art are all sold separately. I know you will want to order beautiful pieces of artwork of YOU to hang on your walls, together we can design products to fit your space and go over package prices.

Your Story

I will conduct a brief interview | Questionnaire and you can share as little or much about your life experiences that have shaped you, any advice about life and a favorite quote to accompany your portrait at the gallery showing and magazine.

Why “This is 50” Why Now ?

I turned 50 in 2001 and it is so important to me as a woman, mother, artist to preserve my story and celebrate my life up to this point. I have noticed how our demographic is ignored, and I want to change that and celebrate this milestone and help others celebrate too. I want to create an incredible experience guaranteed to change the way you see yourself, instill self-love, confidence, and honor your spirit.

THIS IS 50! Portrait Experience is $435, price includes professional make-up application, professional photo session, wardrobe planning, Simona’s time and talent as a photographer and professional photo editing.  

Images

You will receive one FREE 5x7 professionally mounted print and the corresponding digital image plus 5 more professionally edited and retouched images to post and share. {Albums, Portfolio Box, Prints, Wall Art and extra digital images are priced separately.}

Your Story Featured

Your story and photo will be published in a commemorative magazine and a gallery show, also on social media and or website.

Tickets to the Portrait Gallery showing

You will receive a ticket to the Gallery Showing upon the completion of the project. ($25 value)

***You also have the opportunity to add someone to your photoshoot, (mother, father, children, sibling, spouse or bestie) There is a $155 charge per person. If extra wants to be a part of the This is 50! get make up done and have their own set of 6 images + the 1 5x7 print & displayed at the Galley Show the fee is $375. Wardrobe coordination is advised for images taken together. No more than 2 extra ppl. (Photos with extras will not be displayed at the gallery show.)***
